Furthermore, this position involves providing guidance for undergraduate thesis research projects. In addition to academic support, this position also extends to providing non-academic assistance to students. This may involve offering guidance on career prospects, mental well-being, or any other non-academic concerns that students may face during their academic journey.Achievements:• Excellent teaching and classroom management skills (obtained 4.74 out of 5 from student evaluation; received Teaching Excellence Award - Academic Year 2023).• Conducted Stress and Coping workshop successfully for 250 students and parents from Tunku Putra-HELP in 2022.• Develop plans and work closely with students struggling with academic and personal issues as Year 2 Coordinator.• Demonstrate strong research and publication skills (Received Research Excellence Award – Academic Year 2022 and 2023)

This position entails providing administrative assistance to lecturers, which may involve tasks such as coordinating schedules, managing course materials, and organizing logistics for tutorial classes. The role also includes actively participating in the teaching process by preparing relevant materials for tutorial classes, including handouts, presentations, and supplementary resources. In addition, as the leader of the tutor team, I am in charge to foster effective communication and collaboration among tutors, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and cohesive working environment.Achievements:• Led the tutors' team and helped new tutors to adapt to the team successfully by organizing tutors' orientation day and team activities.• Initiated a 2-way communication system that encouraged students to take equal part during class discussions.
