Our first initiative, Sustainable Communities, focuses initially on how cities can radically increase the amount of their waste recycled, particularly plastics and organic materialsI was part of the ‘Behavior Change’ team within the project and within this role I had:- Set up and coordinated a creative work team to design a mass communication campaign aimed at changing the community’s behavior- Researched and designed collaboratively with citizens, initiatives that promoted behavioral change to achieve source separation- Given my experience in the public sector, I drew the bridges between McKinsey.org and themunicipality, in order to establish a strong working team- During the months of the pandemic, I collaborated in the development of strategic planningprojects (eg: scenario planning) and in the redesign of internal governance and onboarding processes Show less
