EnAccess co-creates and supports the adoption of Open Source solutions for the acceleration of universal energy acccess. Being a small NGO, I wear multiple hats: streamlining and managing operations so that the NGO runs smoothly; developing impact metrics in line with the NGO's mission; identifying and responding to funding opportunities; designing communications material, and organizing physical events.

My roles were twofold- Leading the design and implementation of a social protection communications mechanism and nationwide communications campaign in partnership with 5 Cambodian Ministries and 7 NGOs.- Supporting the Social Protection team with program design, advocacy material, research papers, and event organization.

The UNV and the Ministry of Education partnered to design and implement a national volunteering program for Cambodian youth. Following a 7.8 earthquake in Nepal, I headed to Nepal to lead Cesvi's disaster-relief mission. As a team of two, we collaborated with local NGOs and international donors to build temporary shelters and schools, and provide material to families affected by the disaster. I ensured Cesvi's presence and continued actions by building partnerships with donors; oversaw program implementation, ensuring achievements of result and control of the mission's budget; and legally represented the NGO in Nepal.
