• Worked with the founders to design and implement on-call management. • Google Web Server: Part of the Search Results Page UI revamp. Worked on the footer refresh,preferences page, and the mobile search results. Also wrote and maintained tools for internal UI and feature development.• Google Shopping: Part of the team that launched Apparel. Wrote restricts so users could select bycolor, size, brand, gender, and age. Coordinated with remote offices to make sure apparel restrict data was present and in the correct format both to show users and to send to the backend. Also did the initial work to rewrite/port the Shopping results page to the Google Web Server. Then helped the rest of the team to get up to speed on the new code and get the page polished for launching. Launched the Video Games and Accessories verticals. This included creating new UIs, working with teams in remote offices to make sure the data was in the correct format, and working with the translation team to get UK and DE launched.• Google Search Appliance: Mini 2.2 release, rewrote the Batch Crawler and the Crawl Status Page.Also updated the crawler to correctly crawl NFS files. Maintained continuous builds. Included adding new test builds for new code branches, as well as writing documentation and setting up a rotation so that other people could maintain the continuous builds.

Ran twice weekly builds of the Google Search Appliance. Made sure the build passed basicautomated tests before handing it off to QA. Wrote and maintained code to gather all third party licenses that needed to be published with the Google Search Appliance.
