As part of the public contracting authority; // Technical renovation and remodelling project // - French Cultural Service building, 5th Avenue, New York, NYCoordinating all phases of the project, from reviewing the architectural and technical drawing from the prime contractor, coordinating the RFP and chose the general contractor.Supervising the financial part and schedule of the worksite, participating to weekly meetings with the GC and the AIA. - Renovation and security upgrade of the building of the Embassy of France in Costa Rica. Along with the local architect and her team of engineers and workers, supervising the schedule, spending limits. Taking part of the made-to-measure furniture and list of materials were also part of my mission in this project. // Design and feasibility study // - Exploring and inventing a new way of using the landmark building on the 5th avenue, to highlight its beauty and work as the best example of french culture in the US. - Feasibility study of the French Institute of Latine America in Mexico, for the expansion and development of that building to fit the requirements of the growing demand.
