    This is personal. It's legacy. My grandmother founded the Hütte in 1968 and my mother and cousins own the business. The Hütte serves the village of Helvetia in more ways than nourishment. It is a national icon and a beacon for the state of West Virginia--one that cannot be lost to the fast food nation. As I continue my job as a filmmaker and director of the creative studio, Coat of Arms, I'm building out strategic goals for the restaurant aiming to create a more sustainable business.     Co-founded the creative studio, Coat of Arms with Jonathan Lacocque in 2010. Along with serving as the studio director, I write, direct, and produce video content, create films, and lead large brand campaigns.
