1、社招工作高端岗位猎聘：通过绘制及更新对标公司关键岗位人才地图，并且通过脉脉和领英挖猎，补充总部的VP/中心总经理/总监等HC，2020年11月-2021年5月，总监级别以上候选人引进合计4人。 中层管理和基层业务人员招聘工作： cover西区（云贵川渝）&中南区（河南、江西、湖北、湖南）&东区（江苏、浙江、安徽、上海）招聘团队（4人）管理；统筹大区的社招管控。其中西区从2020年3月的124人，到2020年12月合计2200人左右，远超预期招聘任务；负责宝汽销门店基层（完成率98%）和省公司中层管理团队搭建（完成率90%）。2、校招工作协助 2020 届秋招校招生落地工作的实施，为公司人才梯队搭建做好储备，其中包括校招生的三方完善以及管理、解约以及 offer 发放、同行校招数据分析、院校宣讲场地申请以及物料准备等；3、招聘运营管理（数字化转型）a.招聘数据分析，及时输出招聘日报、周报、月报，通过结果数据分析问题并提出解决方案；b.招聘信息化建设，引进大易招聘管理系统，搭建招聘官网和微官网，梳理优化招聘流程，实现了总部和省公司招聘全流程从线下搬到线上，有效提高招聘效率，降低招聘成本，建设公司人才库，提升雇主品牌形象。4、招聘渠道管理结合总部、省公司、直营店岗位特点，进行渠道有效性分析评估，针对各招聘专项制定招聘策略，帮助团队提高招聘效率和交付率，加强招聘费用管控，降本增效。5、其他全国省区人力团队述职会议主持安排全国招聘质量提升方案撰写与宣贯内部竞聘方案撰写和活动组织

1.Focus on manufacturing Industrial talent recruitment, provide professional and solutions-based consultancy service to clients.
