People Operations & HRIS Management• Supported the end-to-end employee lifecycle focusing on SG, MY and HK, which included serving as a point of contact for employee enquiries ranging from onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee movement and off-boarding.• Participated in the review, implementation, migration and company-wide adoption of three HR management systems - 15Five, BambooHR and Workable.Compensation & Benefits• Conducted external salary benchmarking for all departments in SG, MY, HK, TH and UAE to supplement the mapping of internal salary bands for respective job positions and levels. Insights were used for company-wide salary adjustments during the August 2021 performance evaluation cycle.• Led the annual renewal of our MY and HK group insurances with our 3rd-party insurance brokerages and ensure smooth administration of SG, MY and HK employee insurance plans. • Spearheaded the creation of localised employee benefits brochures. Additionally, had revamped the employee business travel, localised medical benefits (insurance) and claim reimbursements guides for company-wide alignment. Performance Management• Assisted in the bi-annual company-wide performance evaluation processes through the creation of spreadsheets to consolidate data points (salary increments, bonus payouts, additional stock options, and career progression) of each manager’s subordinates. Aimed to guide managers when determining performance-related rewards during performance evaluation cycles.Employee Relations• Conducted off-boarding interviews to gather feedback on their employee experience and understand the main push-pull factors to address gaps and issues. Feedback was shared with respective managers to identify actionable steps to solve major problems. Recruitment• Owned the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time hires in Investment, Software Engineering, Product, Wealth Advisory, Strategy, Operations and Client Experience departments.

Recruitment & People Operations• Owned the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions in Product, Strategy, Business Development, Wealth Advisory and Client Experience. Roles were based in Singapore and Malaysia.• Led and aligned on the standardisation of job posts' benefits descriptions to be published on the careers page and job sites.Employee Relations• Assisted in the annual anonymous 360-degree feedback cycle in 2021 to encourage a culture of continuous growth by embracing honest and constructive feedback from employees who worked closely together.• Conducted off-boarding interviews with interns to gather feedback and identify any major gaps to be addressed with respective managers.
