Order management:• Receive the request from salesman and work with supplier to fix the new order (Model name, EMC validate…) and lead time of manufacturing. • Create Purchasing order in AX / SAP system & manual PO. Send Purchasing order to DAIKIN factories. • Closely follow up Orders to ensure all of them will be received by PIC of DAIKIN’s factories in a timely manner without any delays and make sure the Purchasing Order will be received on time. And getting confirmed ex-factory from factories.• Be a key person of all communication to Customer, supplier and other teams (sales team, technical support, QC…) to make sure any issues of orders will be solved. Logistics Operation:• Compare and deal with forwarder about freight quotation and liaise to reserve bookings timely. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.• Check & finalize all shipping documents, push/follow up to the shipper to get the final ones as soon as possible.• Make customs declaration form on E-Customs software and complete customs clearance. • Liaise with salesman & customer to arrange delivery plan and arrange with vendor about trucking to project site/warehouse.• Work closely with Trucking Partner for smooth operation, update other internal departments and external customer about delivery status.Payment Management (Vendor & Supplier)• Manage the outstanding balance of Logistics Partners & suppliers,• Do paperwork for payment and work with accounting dept team for payment schedule.• Control about shipment expense, tax, and duties. Sales support tasks & Report• Monthly & quarterly forecast and make the report of revenue, volume, forecast stock movement analysis, report stock inventory… and so on.• Support to answer customer’s question and build goods relationship. • Prepare and supply documents as customer’s request.

Experienced with Fresh-food, Non -food, Household, Apparel, Fashion goods, Toys, Cosmetics, Implementation function… of more than 30 suppliers across the world (Asia, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand…). • Check import procedure and process import license such as HS code, customs policies for import-export goods to make sure products can be imported properly and legally.• Deal with suppliers about payment terms, sales contract, FTA Certificate of origin. • Collect product information from suppliers and arrange for receiving sample for testing and create new codes in Lotte mart system (if any).Logistics Operation • Work closely with supplier to cargo ready date, packing information and advanced payment (if any), choose type of transport and arrange booking with forwarder, check all shipping documents related including air/sea shipments & push/follow up to the shipper to get the final ones.• Process customs clearance procedures in Vietnam until completing.• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery and work closely with trucking vendor, Warehouse for smooth delivery operation.• After cargoes arrived warehouse in Vietnam, check the real cargoes (quantity, package, label, status) compared to samples. Make a claim with supplier if there is any discrepancy, prepare, print, and attach sub-labels for all of goods.• Make domestic booking twice a week and deliver goods to 14 Lotte Mart’s stores.
