Bazaruto Renewables develops renewable energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.Our aim is to unlock renewable energy potential in Sub-Saharan Africa by (co-)developing bankable renewable energy projects across a subset of technologies and countries. Bazaruto considers projects at all stages of development.While our main technological focus is hydro (run-of-river) and wind, Bazaruto explores techno-economically viable project development opportunities in solar.Bazaruto currently holds development rights to a portfolio of renewable energy projects in countries in eastern and southern Africa, each at various stages of the development cycle.Our strategic goal is to successfully develop a sizeable and diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa within this decade.
