I have been a customer service representative for more than a year. I have developed my abilities to provide outstanding customer service, handle problems, and raise client satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving in my current position at @CCIK.I am a social media manager and data specialist at @Jif Media part-time. Among my responsibilities are the management of social media accounts and the analysis of performance metrics to promote audience engagement and brand presence.
