First point of contact between business office and functional units within the UNC Athletic Department as a whole for technology needs, performing local administration and operational functions. Key Achievements:- Successfully assisted in securing state contract partnership with Microsoft, bringing Surface and related technology to UNC’s campus- Streamlined purchasing and reconciliation process for IT department- Oversaw departmental Verizon-to-AT&T transition, VOIP transition, Active Directory and Outlook migrations, VDI deployment and Microsoft applications training- Coordinate Game Day staffing for full IT coverage at UNC home athletic events - Developed student assistant program through the Federal Work Study office and supervise up to 8 students per semester

Coordinated operations for the Dean E. Smith Center (home men’s basketball and special events), Carolina Basketball Museum and Koury Natatorium (home swimming & diving, NCAC and local club events). Provided exceptional customer service to vendors and groups using the facilities. Coordinated employee parking in surrounding lots.
