I've always had a passion for languages. I went to a German school where I learned both English and German from a young age. Coming from a family of teachers, it was only natural for me to study to become an English teacher, and I began my career working with students of all ages and needs.When the pandemic hit, I shifted from in-person teaching to online lessons, both at language institutes and privately, working with children, teens, and adults. Along the way, I had the chance to teach English to businesses, which opened my eyes to a new side of teaching, one that's more focused on the workplace.What really caught my attention in that environment was the level of organization and the administrative side, especially the work of client managers. That’s when I realized that I didn’t want to just teach, I was also interested in how everything was managed behind the scenes. A little later, I was offered an administrative role at a language company, where I could combine my passion for teaching with tasks like client management, student assessments, budgeting, and more. It was a total shift, but a fascinating one, that allowed me to grow in completely new areas, all while staying in the educational field.I’m happy to take on administrative and coordination tasks while still staying connected to the world of education, which I truly love. While administrative work can sometimes be repetitive or monotonous, in this environment it becomes something much more human and fulfilling, because I get to see how students grow, learn, and enjoy their classes, making every task feel meaningful and rewarding.
