I am a Financial Professional with over 20 years experience in multiple industries including private, public and hedge fund services. I have worked on controls review, process improvement and the development of reporting requirements. In my current role, I manage a team of 12 professionals reporting on 110 entities including open end, closed end and separate managed account funds. I am responsible for oversight and review of the monthly and daily NAV (Net Asset Value calculation) preparation for hedge funds, fund of fund and private equity. I have in depth knowledge of waterfalls, complex hurdles, and allocations. In my former role, I was the department head of the Financial Planning and Analysis team at Guardian Life's Individual Life Profit Center. In this role, I was focused on analyzing quarterly financial and forecasted results. Successes included, re-evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and bring them in line with Corporate strategies. Developed a comprehensive value-added analysis for management, linking key financial metrics.
