My name is Clara Palacios, and I am pursuing an associates degree in culinary arts at Tarrant County College, Southeast Campus. In 2021, I graduated from UTA with a bachelor's degree in international business with a focus in Chinese language. I have always been passionate about cooking and learning about other cultures, especially trying new cuisines, so after careful consideration, I decided to start a new career path by becoming a professional chef.While I know that the hospitality industry is full of exciting job opportunities, I also understand that it takes a good mindset and proper orientation to face the challenges of such stressful environments. Therefore, my goal is to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the culinary world.
