During the period I dedicated myself to ÉticaJr, I collaborated with activities such as: Improving the service charter; Dealing with cases with clients; Market analysis; Strategic planning (TAP, TEP, Canvas, PEST analysis, SWOT matrix).

CAPD provides, through its services and projects, the insertion of people with disabilities into the social sphere through activities in which it works on the process of habilitation and rehabilitation of special people.I worked in all areas at CAPD helping the responsible professional, including: carpentry, production of various arts, kitchen, among others. My goal was to learn how to deal with people. In addition to being successful with my goal, I learned that each person in their own way has their own importance for society.
