During this summer camp, I led a group of over 25 middle school students, teaching them the fundamentals of robotics and Python programming. I authored the curriculum, leveraging my expertise in Python, to guide students in writing their first ~100 lines of basic Python code. Throughout the program, I cultivated a supportive and inclusive environment to ensure the success and wellbeing of all the students.

I collaborated closely with fellow managers to supervise over 100 employees in the field and processing plant daily, managing and directing the production, processing, and distribution of berries to meet consumer demand. I excelled in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment, and fostered a positive and uplifting community by developing positive relationships with co-workers.
