I helped design and govern the learning offer and strategy at the technical department of Colruyt Group(1600 employees). I set up a process for our team to efficiently analyse learning needs and create learning solutions (with special regard to digital learning), designed technical, IT and compliance trainings (physical and digital), the development of an inhouse technical school, was responsible as a member of the change team for all training needed for the roll-out of a new digital way of working for the whole department (focus on training), redesigned trainings to digital training due to COVID.
