About Clara C.
Die Finanzbranche ist mit einigen Vorurteilen behaftet. Und gerade als Frau stellen sich viele den Einstieg schwer vor. Schliesslich ist die Branche doch nach wie vor sehr stark von Männern dominiert. Du fragst dich also vielleicht – «Clara, wie bist du in die Finanzbranche gekommen? Wieso tust du dir sowas an?» Nun, ich hatte schon von klein auf eine Leidenschaft für Zahlen und Mathematik. Die Finanzbranche hat mich also nie abgeschreckt. Nach meinem Studium wollte ich unbedingt in einer Branche arbeiten, in der hochqualifizierte Menschen tätig sind. Deshalb entschied ich mich für den Bereich Learning and Development.Als ich von Deutschland in die Schweiz kam, war der Einstieg in die Finanzbranche für mich ein klarer Schritt. Schliesslich ist die Schweiz weltweit als starker Finanzplatz bekannt. Durch ein Trainee-Programm in einer Grossbank bin ich in die Branche reingerutscht. Und kurz darauf habe ich auch schon begonnen, Trainings für Frauen anzubieten, um die Finanzwelt weiblicher zu gestalten.So ist meine Leidenschaft für das Thema Finanzen immer weiter gewachsen. Ich wollte mehr! Um mein Wissen also noch zu vertiefen, habe ich die Finanzplaner Ausbildung absolviert. Als studierte Wirtschaftspädagogin interessierte mich dabei besonders der psychologische Aspekt und wie ich Menschen Finanzwissen einfach näherbringen kann.Und wie du siehst, bin ich von diesem Kurs nie abgekommen. Heute teile ich mein Wissen mit Frauen aus verschiedensten Branchen und mit unterschiedlichen Lebensmodellen. Alles mit dem Ziel, sie zu bestärken und ihnen zu mehr Unabhängigkeit zu verhelfen.
