Some of the responsibilities of the Digital Communications Coordinator at UWC International include:- Managing UWC’s digital ecosystem and providing technical and digital support to staff and other UWC stakeholders- Ensuring all stakeholders can work in the most effective and efficient way, and that they have access to the right and best resources. - Advising on Data collection good practice both from a content and technical perspective- Researching and testing digital solutions- Strategic planning - Creating and implementing policies and protocols for different digital processes - Ensuring existing tools are fit for purpose and used to full capacity, sourcing training if needed- Managing UWC websites (including monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting of over 130 volunteer-run websites)- Providing comms support to volunteers worldwide to facilitate the local promotion of UWC and the recruitment of potential students - Liaising with other teams to ensure consistency and efficiency on overlapping areas of work, including coordination of comms-related questions- Social media management (including monitoring, analytics and audiovisual content production)- Managing and improving UWC’s online presence, in adherence to the UWC Brand Guidelines- Contributing to several monthly newsletters targeting different stakeholder audiences- Managing Digital Communications Officer
