- Verify that all supporting documents for transactions are complete and properly authorized before processing cheques, bank drafts and SWIFT payments. - Ensure transactions are correctly allocated to the appropriate department cost centers and general ledger accounts on case-by-case basis.- Process credit notes and compensation for deductions on outgoing transactions to vendors.- Manage the preparation of withholding taxes for vendors including service tax, interest credit tax, and royalty tax, in compliance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.- Provide accurate account payable financial reports and payment plans to management on a weekly basis.- Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Sales and Operations departments to resolve accounts-related issues concerning the supply of raw materials.- Maintain systematic and organized filling of local and international invoices for future reference and compliance.- Issue payment advices to vendors upon completion of transactions.
