This was a semester-long internship with Youth On Record! I learned about storytelling, audio, music, and language as it applies to telling stories through audio. The internship was very engaging, consisting of three main projects that me and my three other fellow interns each completed individually: Vox Pop, Personal Narrative, and Feature Interview. One of my favorite parts was hearing my peers’ completed works, as well as being able to share my own. I practiced skills such as interviewing, script writing, voicing, and mixing/mastering for each project. By the end of the internship, I felt that my writing and communication skills had greatly improved, as well as my knowledge of professionalism and being successful with deliverables
