About Clara Kuo

I am a UX leader, with 10 years of experience in mixed methods (quant + qual). I strive to foster belonging and curiosity within teams. My specialties include quantitative survey design, remote usability testing and generative research. Companies I’ve worked with include Apple, T-Mobile, UPS, Change Healthcare/Aetna, Digit and most recently, Vivian Health. Most recently at Vivian Health, I contributed to increasing user-centricity of the company. The impact: product and design teams leveraged strategic research to make rapid decisions when they needed it. As a solo "team of one" research practitioner, I’ve helped several companies to increase their UX research capability from the ground up. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ I enjoy mentoring and building teams.
