- Handle warehouse logistics coordination- Plan and arrange collection for daily shipments- Processing of inbound receivables through in-house software and computer systems.- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders- Prepare weekly reports for upper management- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager- Liaise and maintain positive communication with internal and external Warehouses to track the flow of goods and ensure delivery

- Managing a team of staff in achieving daily sales target- Planning of role assignments for the shift and break times- Manage the handover to the next Manager On Duty on shift- Ensuring that all cash monies and credit transaction tallies at end of shifts- Handle customers' enquiries and orders- Manages various administrative works- Serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently- Preparation of various food and hot/cold beverages- Assist in keeping front-of-house clean and tidy

- Handle order processing and update status of purchase order in warehouse systems- Generating of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Customer Order- Managing and processing special orders request- Actively follow up on orders and ensure timely processing- Handle customers' enquiries and orders- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries- Initiate necessary actions and perform service recovery to resolve customer complaints, including processing returns or CN

- Handle order processing and shipping coordination- Generating of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Customer Order- Ensure compliance with Singapore export control laws and regulations- Maintain updated Customer Price List- Handle customers' enquiries and orders- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries

Prepare inventory for shipping and destinationDirecting inventory from picking to packing processProcess orders and oversee cycle of order fulfilmentResponsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

- Answering inbound telephone calls from customers relating to shipments- Deliver excellent customer service at all times- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, and providing solutions and/or alternatives- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets- Keep up to date with current global situations and new products- Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating to higher management if required
