Senior strategy partner for the Bloomberg American Sustainable Cities Initiative (BASC) helping to design and implement innovative solutions at the intersection of racial wealth equity and climate change. BASC aims to leverage federal funding to build low-carbon, resilient, and economically thriving communities in 25 cities across the US.Supported strategy and development for COP28's Local Climate Action Summit (LCAS). LCAS was a historic convening of local and regional leaders to address and advance the role of local government in climate mitigation and adaptation. Co-led strategic planning for a large environmental non-profit focused on amplifying the impact of grassroots movements and connecting communities to sustainable resources including federal funding. Supported NYC Mayor's office to address complex issues across sectors including workforce development for youth and under-resourced communities across the city.

Market research, product development, partnerships, and marketing for the launch of the Philadelphia Green Capital Corp. (PGCC), Philadelphia's first green bank. PGCC aims to connect projects to capital in order to drive an equitable clean energy market in the Philadelphia region.

Worked with Professor Carolyn Kousky on research and design for a NSF Civic Innovations grant exploring equitable flood insurance models in the NYC area.

Collaborated with four-person core leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations and manage the operating budget of a $1M urban farm dedicated to transformative youth leadership development.
