Marketing Event Executive
Current. Planning and coordination: develop and implement European event plans, timelines, and budgets. Marketing and promotions: develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract attendees (creating content, slides for speaking slots, designing graphics, developing email campaigns, and managing social media channels). Budget management. Onsite event management: manage the event onsite and coordinate with vendors and staff & support demand and lead generation efforts at the event (booth scans, tracking sales conversations, giving away swag, etc.).. Post-event analysis and reporting: analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using Salesforce.. Team management: lead the sales team and others stakeholders and provide guidance and support when needed.
