A self motivated Quantity Surveyor, I contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings. I use my skills in project estimation, bill of quantities, and construction management to ensure that the projects are completed within budget, time, and quality standards.I am passionate about intelligent building, BIM, and green building, as I believe that they are the future of the construction industry. I am working to acquire multiple certifications and trainings in these domains, and apply them to my current role to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and innovation of the projects. I also have a strong educational background, having graduated with an HND in Quantity Surveying from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana Afikpo Ebonyi State in 2022.I am a confident, outgoing, and sociable person who enjoys working with a team and learning new tasks. I am also humble, friendly, and punctual, and I value hard work and professionalism.
