Through a clear and understandable communication, I am able to establish positive relationships with customers, based on transparency and loyalty. I take on the duty of coordinating an office with humility, curiosity and will to learn. I firmly and sincerely believe in teamwork and I strive to pull my group through example and sharing of information and goals. I try to apply an assertive style of leadership, yet patient and empathic. Through listening and negotiation, I acknowledge, encourage and value my collaborators as I try to create involvement and harmony among people, stimulating ideas, constructive criticism and proposals. Currently I coordinate the team centrally managing all activities concerning the coding of new materials to generate new bills of materials and manufacturing methods. In such role, although I successfully manage my group and the activities required to reach corporate goals, I fail to fulfill my relationship with customers, which for me is very important. That is the reason why I would love to go back to working more closely with the clientele. I am therefore looking for a new working experience allowing me to express my technical expertise as well as my care towards people.
