• Ultimately responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive global growth marketing strategy for RWS Global, its subsidiaries RWS, ted, JRA and ARC, and its portfolio of 21 services, with the goal of expanding the reach of all five brands into new verticals and regions • Recently led a 12-month, comprehensive, global marketing effort, from ideation to completion, to launch RWS Global, rebrand its subsidiaries RWS, ted, JRA and ARC, and celebrate the combined team’s 120 years of collective experience and expertise; deliverables included 5 websites, 6 brand books, sizzle reels, newsletters, 200 combinations of logos and over 70 branded items per company• Successfully led the transfer of RWS and ted’s marketing departments from external agencies into an internal, international team of managers and coordinators, including all hiring and onboarding as well as the development of goals, policies and procedures• Manage the workflow and strategy of our external PR agency, which has led to key placements in the New York Post, Real Simple Magazine, Billboard, Vibe, Yahoo, Vox, The Wall Street Journal, Travel Weekly, Forbes, Travel + Leisure and Entrepreneur’s “Action and Ambition” podcast, as well as over two dozen regional publications and local TV news outlets. Combination of consumer, business of trade PR efforts has led to over 1 billion media impressions just in 2023 thus far• Responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns to over 15,000 leads across all companies, verticals, products, specialty services and geographic regions to deepen engagement and nurture leads through the funnel • Oversee all tradeshow and event marketing, including speaking engagements, award submissions, booth design and logistics, collateral development, pre- and post-show outreach and sponsorships• Supervise team responsible for B2B social media, with over 111,000 total followers across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
