I bring over 20 years of marketing, communications, business development, organizational leadership and project management expertise to the newly created role of Director of Global Marketing at Adirondack Studios (ADKS). In this role, I create, promote and produce content that celebrates the company's global teams, inspires the recruitment of new employees and engages current and potential clients with ADKS' vast portfolio of design, fabrication and installation services. Prior to ADKS, I spent 16 years with JRA and its parent company, RWS Global, supervising all PR, internal communications, website, social media and tradeshow marketing, including a comprehensive, five-company rebranding initiative. As a result of these efforts, I was honored to be recognized with the 2023 NEAAPA Paragon Award for Marketing Excellence.Giving back to the industry is not just a passion for me - it's a priority. I've spent over a decade serving in various roles within the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), including Chair of the NextGen Committee, Chair of the Strategy Partnerships Committee, Vice President of the Eastern North America Division and Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the TEA's International Board of Directors. I've also spoken on IAAPA and TEA stages around the world on such critical topics as accessibility, professional development, industry trends and gender equity. Whether it's project managing a Coca-Cola Pavilion in Shanghai or developing five branded websites simultaneously, my abilities to leverage a diverse skillset, lead with empathy and create pathways for personal and professional growth have been the hallmarks of my two-decade career.
