Hello, nice to meet you - my name is Clara! I am a Brazilian Psychologist with 7+ years of professional experience in People Management and Human Resources. I am currently working for the democratization of healthcare as HR Business Partner at Conexa + Zenklub (M&A), the largest Brazilian healthtech with this mission. I also work as a Clinical Psychologist in a private practice, offering Psychotherapy services both in person and online.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in medium and large-sized institutions in the 2nd and 3rd sectors; both in Brazil and abroad; on-site, hybrid or 100% remote formats. In addition to Portuguese, I am fluent in English and Spanish and have solid experience (4+ years) leading high-impact teams and projects in multicultural environments. I have worked within all HR subsystems, but my expertise lies in the areas that are focused on Employee Experience: Organizational & Human Development (OHD); Learning & Development (L&D); Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I); and Occupational Health and Employee Well-Being. I am internationally certified in Psychological Safety ("Instituto Feliciência" / DF, Brazil) and as Chief Happiness Officer ("Reconnect - Happiness at Work" / SP, Brazil). I am currently completing a Postgraduate course in Jungian Psychotherapy ("Clínica Psiquê - Centro de Estudos C. G.
