I'm probably not the coach you are looking for. Not if you are looking for someone that is going to add to stress and workload. I'm not going to bombard you with checklists and worksheets, forcing you to create big, hairy, audacious goals. Parents have enough on our plates; the last thing you need is more tasks on your to-do list. When you work with me, you get the expertise to manage your work-life balance, confidence, and career. Who will return from their parental leave, and stay with you.I have built on over 20 years of recruitment, leadership, and coaching experience, (and over 18 years of parenting), to create The Balance Collective. My fascination with what “makes a person tick” and personal development started with my degree in Psychology, many moons ago, and has continued as a Branch Manager of a bespoke recruitment consultancy, to my Leadership role in an employability skills organisation. An eternal student, I am also a qualified Project Manager, Mentor, DISC Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider and hold Leadership and Management qualifications. I also undertake regular CPD to inform my coaching. Clients have commented that my approach “makes sense”; I like to call it “coachject management” (coaching and project management combined!) The Balance Collective has a social mission, working towards reducing parental unemployment and underemployment through training and coaching with individuals and business.
