Usaria was one of the first UX consultant firms in Mexico, founded in Monterrey in 2007. It is member of the UXAlliance, which allowed us to work for huge companies such as Google, Nokia, or Spotify. Services being offered include User Research, Co-Creation Workshops and Interface Design.As part of my job, I participated in the planning and execution of UX projects that involved Usability Testing, 1-1 Interviews, Focus groups and Interaction Design. I also worked as facilitator in Design Thinking Workshops with clients. Later on, I became the Training Lead of the team, as well as instructor of the UX-PM Certification program.

I started working in SICOM: an IT services company based in Puebla with whom Usaria had a partnership. Two years after, I was officially incorporated into the Usaria team. My main responsabilities included the Back & Front development of web applications and websites, as well as Server management and Support.

T-Systems is a German global IT services and consulting company headquartered in Frankfurt. One of their main clients in Mexico is Volkswagen, which has a plant in Puebla. In 2011, they created a partnership with Probayes, a french company that provides predictive analytics and optimization solutions.During the three months of my internship, I developed the first phase of a project called Proactive Monitoring which helped T-Systems predict their technical resources, such as CPU performance, and Memory on their servers, based on the data that had been collected for two years.
