I have been School Principal with OIEG since 2009. I started in the Greenwich school moved to Oxford in 2011 where I was given the opportunity to open up a new school for the company.Starting a school from scratch was a huge motivator and very rewarding and I have led the school through ISI inspections (Independent Schools Inspectorate) achieving ‘Exceeds Expectations in all Categories’ in all inspections as well as British Council inspections. The OIEG language division work tirelessly on our core values, making sure we offer students the best quality and experience they can get. As School Principal I am responsible for the school’s financial performance, delivering a quality product, providing a safe place for both staff and students and making sure safeguarding and PREVENT measures are met. Strategic planning and improving School Leadership, managing staff and implementing policies and procedures that may lead to cultural change within the company. I hire staff and fulfil HR functions.
