HR Business Partnering Support: From recruitment coordination (with agencies, internal stakeholders and candidates) and preparation of employment letters to offer management and onboarding, employment screenings & due diligence checks, new joiner orientation and benefits enrolment, work employment pass applications and renewals, assistance on mobility transactions for outgoing or incoming secondees and transfersHR Administration & Shared Services:Assist in general HR queries, HR event coordination, preparation of all employment related letters, KYC letters, reference & verification letters, etc.Early Careers: Liaising with internal stakeholders for recruitment approach and supporting execution of campus recruitment efforts for summer internships by being the point of contact with candidates, various educational institutions and internal stakeholders. Responsible for execution of full-cycle recruitment for entry level candidates regionally (mainly Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan), using Taleo and Workday (job posting, screening, coordination of interviews, offers and onboarding, internship evaluations, post-internship follow up with candidates & internal stakeholders)Offer management for graduate positions, coordination and planning of graduate rotation plans and evaluations through the graduate programme. Learning & Development Support: Organisation and coordination of internal and external training programs and activities (liaising with internal and external stakeholders, management of logistics), management of training records and administration (updating of attendance & CPD hours, invoice and grants processing), attending to ad-hoc training applications & queriesPerformance Management: Supporting employees through the appraisal process (coordination of performance management training programmes, and assisting in all queries relating to the performance management system)
