We have a particular specialism in historic buildings and also assist a number of London based property management companies looking after portfolios of exclusive residential property.

Client side management of contract for asbestos compliance, surveying and air testing across over 50,000 properties. This included day to day operational and financial management of the contract as well as liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the business including responsive, stock investment and voids teams and contractors and consultants. Leading on programmes of cyclical reinspections and action review inspections. Review of all asbestos processes to achieve better fit with business needs. Also worked to set up and mobilise compliance contract for the servicing and maintenance of sewage treatment assets across the UK wide stock.

Acting as project assistant on the delivery of framework contracts for local authorities including East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council. Managing programmes of compliance works including disabiled access adaptations in line with DDA requirements.
