It also adds a more diverse perspective to your business at the decision-making level, where it matters the most.𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝Prior to setting up my business, I worked in Learning & Development for 30 years in senior people development roles, primarily in traditionally male-dominated industries. I saw firsthand just how difficult it was for women to progress in their careers, both due to external environments and internal barriers that prevented them from taking the necessary steps forward.I made it my mission then to focus on developing female leadership and embarked on training as a Coach to further support this. I’ve since used this combined experience to create my own women’s leadership development programme – CORE Woman – using tried and tested approaches and principles that are practical, easy to use and transformative.𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞CORE Woman focuses on supporting your best female talent in the CORE areas of Confidence, Ownership, Respect and Empowerment, so they can progress within your organisation with conviction, capability and commitment.
