I head the property disputes team in the Oxford office. Specialties:- landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations claims, possession and site clearance, agricultural tenancy disputes and professional negligence claims.Property is one of the key assets of any individual or organisation. I help landowners, developers, tenants, property investors, landed estates and charities resolve a wide range of disputes relating to commercial, residential and agricultural property - all with the aim of maximising the value and enjoyment of the property. My approach is to work alongside clients to fully understand their business and objectives, with an aim to resolve disputes as swiftly and cost effectively as possible . This may involve court proceedings, Land Registry adjudication or some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (such as mediation, arbitration or PACT).I have been recommended in the Legal 500 as a ‘tough but realistic litigator’ I am a member of the property litigation association and the agricultural law association.
