• Maintain stock levels of key materials to meet production demands for the production lines producing cooked meat SKUs• Control the delivery requirements of materials alongside Inbound Logistics• Hold regular meetings with Suppliers to discuss forward requirements and resolve any supply issues and Quality faults• Maintain safety stock levels whilst being proactive in initiating cost savings to the business • Liaison with Marketing on new product launches and managing new material lines into the business

• Manage the day to day running of the Office, office staff and drivers• Make initial contact with prospective clients following referrals to obtain details of the claim• Comply new client packs ready for drivers to dispatch along with the replacement vehicles• Make regular contact with Insurance Companies, Local Authorities and repairing garages to ensure claims were proceeding accordingly• Update Client files throughout the duration of hire and inform clients of progress• Regularly maintain the Companies database with accurate records• Ensure all vehicles remained licensed in Local Authorities and arrange renewals when necessary
