As the Head of Proposition - Savings at Paragon Banking Group PLC, I am responsible for developing and delivering the savings product proposition strategy and roadmap. I have over 4 years of experience in this role, and prior to that, I held senior positions in strategy implementation and operations management in the commercial lending and development finance divisions of Paragon. I have a BA Hons degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, and I possess strong skills in business relationship management, financial services, and banking. My core competencies include proposition development, customer insight, product innovation, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. I am passionate about creating value for customers and driving growth for the business, and I have a proven track record of delivering successful propositions and projects in the savings and lending markets.
