Move This World is a proactive and preventative mental health platform for students, staff, and families in PreK - 12.

Positioned and launched Chief Enterprise into market in January 2023. Chief Enterprise partners with HR and DEI teams at the largest, most influential companies in the U.S. to accelerate gender equity in their leadership teams. By offering Chief Membership to women executives and program support to HR teams, companies used Chief's Enterprise offering to take action on their DEI commitments. Partners saw decreased attrition among women executives and were able to provide an always-on leadership development solution to a population of key-to-retain leaders.

Greater New York City Area

Joined Chief, the private network for executive women leaders, as the first marketing hire to own member communications and external marketing. Part of senior leadership team as the company grew from 20 employees to 250. Hired and built out teams in marketing operations, growth, and brand. Managed communications to members through the COVID pandemic and launch of the initial Chief app and led the launch of Chief in six regional markets and for the national launch of membership.

Joined the company after Series A round as first marketing hire to create marketing function. Throughout my tenure created the brand narrative, lead and demand gen function, content marketing, digital, and event marketing strategies. Managed the SDR function within the marketing org, and partnered across sales and product to drive customer adoption and engagement. Parse.ly was acquired by Wordpress VIP in 2021.

Greentech Media (GTM) was the industry standard for research and analysis in the business-to-business greentech market. I ran the conferences and events, including marketing (attendee and sponsorship), venue selection, F&B, ticketing, and on-site logistics. Later, I moved into the digital experience and ran audience development, started their social media presence, and integrated the first marketing automation platform to support the growing email complexity, including promotional emails (webinars, research, and conferences) and editorial newsletters (daily, and vertical weekly). GTM was acquired by Wood Mackenzie in 2016, but was shut down in 2021. You can now read much of their continued great work at Canarymedia.com.

I answered a Craigslist ad and worked for a summer with the founding team at "The Point," a website that tried to harness collective action for social good - better known now as the pre-pivot name of Groupon. We built campaigns and audiences for the site, gaining its first coverage in national media.
