An experienced Housing & RTOF Officer, Empty Homes Coordinator and General Administrator with over 20 years work experiences in various roles, who has many transferable skills. Assist them with Housing, Finance and Benefit, Education, Employment, Social, Health and Legal needs, by referring to and working with relevant services and charities to meet the needs of the client. Confident in using a variety of software systems such as, Civica, Microsoft Office, Academy Council Tax and Housing Benefit system. Excellent in using Excell for collating and organising data, creating pivot tables and graphs for presentations and infographics.Excellent communication skills. Work extremely well with others and can work alone and lead and train others.  Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders telephone, email, or letter.   Work efficiently to reach targets and deadlines by maintaining a diary system. Ability to learn new skills quickly, flexible with work requirements and take direction well. Willingness to develop skills for my role and personal progression.
