Responsible for developing a long term strategy to chronicle the history of the Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club.  Identifying and scoping a range of projects that relate to the heritage of the Club and its community. Working with stakeholders to create interesting and interactive archives through digitalisation and recording of important material.Engaging and developing key relationships with corporate partners and individuals that offer support to the Northampton Saints Foundation.

To ensure that The Shoosmith Gallery operates effectively and sustainably, by promoting an art gallery dedicated to advance public knowledge and education in the paintings of Thurston Laidlaw Shoosmith and Fanny Violet Shoosmith, as well as raise public knowledge of the civic contribution of the Shoosmith family to the town of Northampton.

Managing a complex project, including developing, testing and reporting on the successes of an innovative community led approach to tackling fraud prevention and isolation among older people. Preparing for the post-grant roll-out of this project into other Neighbourhood Watch areas across England and Wales.

Leading the charity to define and communicate the organisations vision to trustees, staff, service users and stakeholders. Managing the service portfolio through continual review and improve process.Responsible for the overall financial and fundraising strategies, safeguarding and regulatory requirements and engagement with the local community, whilst enhancing the well-being of adults with learning disabilities.

- External networking to promote and increase awareness of the Centre and the services we offer.- Increasing the client numbers by actively communicating with carers, care agencies and the local authorities.- Recruiting volunteers, and organising their schedule at the Centre.- Attending review meetings for service users of the Centre.- Organising regular fundraising activities and building links with Charity and Community Champions of local and national businesses to encourage their support.- Organising link visits with local schools and colleges.- PR for the centre including building key links with local advertising streams and using Social Media promote the Centre.
