As Thought Leader to the CEO at McAuley Community Services for Women since 2013 Clare has enabled significant systemic changes without disrupting essential service delivery of crisis care to women and children experiencing family violence. Clare's expertise in instructional design focuses on maximising engagement and work place application. Her most recent achievements in the safety space include the design of a “beyond behavioural based safety” learning process and competency based program for DuPont now delivered globally to DuPont clients in seven different languages. Prior to setting up her own company, Clare worked in the Telecommunications industry on a number of large leading change projects in a range of management education and team leader roles. Her real passion is facilitating others to reflect and clarify their own thinking as she carefully transforms their ideas into an engaging strategy or learning package.
