My role in the Adecco group is to support international clients who wish to grow their UK business and those clients in the UK who need support to increase their international capabilities. I am the first point of contact in Adecco in the UK for international enquiries. Prior to this role I worked in the Strategic Proposal team supporting all Adecco group bids, working closely with all areas of the business to deliver a high quality service and documentation to our clients. I began my career with the Adecco group companies in Roevin (the engineering and technical brand) in 2001 as a Financial Controller responsible for the successful payrolling of sub-contractors and control of all aspects of billing for the Adecco/Roevin BAE SYSTEMS Managed Service for in excess of £12 million of business per annum. I had total responsible for the billing of up to 600 contractors per week and payrolling up to 200 contractors. In October 2003 I moved into business development and worked with Roevin’s Business Development Manager providing support in the development and delivery of excellent quality bid production service for engineering, technical and scientific industry sector opportunities. Previously I worked as a Personal Assistant supporting Director level executives at British Gas and latterly was Company Secretary of a medium sized IT company.
