  My team supports GLG’s frontline research business units servicing Americans Tech and Health Care/ Life Sciences and Industrials corporate clients. In 2022, my team produced 75% of global reporting volume, amounting to 200+ deliverables and $500K in research revenue. I lead day-to-day operations of my team of six FTEs--three of whom are direct reports-- from staffing projects and bandwidth management, to ensuring the quality of custom deliverables including PowerPoint, Google Slides and Web-based (i.e., dashboard) reports. I coach my team in the work, and I teach best practices around communicating survey data visually along with summarizing findings to highlight the most meaningful information for stakeholders based on research objectives and business needs. I support my research business unit partners by enabling project managers use of our workflows and training best practices for leveraging our team’s solutions to service clients’ specific reporting needs, as well as scoping reporting requirements for high complexity projects, planning, delegating and/or executing deliverable development. I execute executive leadership’s operational strategy for the Research Product Delivery group including maintaining process excellence and identifying process improvements and innovations to meet productivity OKRs and client needs.
