As a Learning and Organisational Development professional within a built environment consultancy, I support staff at all levels with their professional upskilling and training needs. I assist graduates and apprentices in their early careers and serve as the primary contact for managers and employees in fostering team development. My role involves bridging the skills gap in a competitive industry, designing and managing the learning and development skills matrix, and implementing Personal Development Plans (PDPs). I also oversee the development of our internal SharePoint website, cultivate strong internal and external relationships with educational institutions, and affiliates in engineering and consultancy. I support professional growth in line with the Engineering Council specifications and aid in aligning leadership objectives with project delivery during organizational changes. My continuous internal marketing efforts promote upskilling opportunities through internal knowledge sharing and external affiliate programs. I advocate for the Engineering Council's competencies, governance updates, specification changes, white papers, and compliance. My work streamlines processes for staff and supports early-career engineers by promoting external STEM and innovation opportunities. Additionally, I contribute to raising awareness of BCorp trends and objectives.

Voultering as the Finance area lead, Bookkeeper and Treasurer for the local parish looking after the financial running of 2 churches and a busy parish hall. Following governance in line with the Charity commission. Committee reporting and producing yearly budgets, restricted fund management. Day to day running of the finances, reconciliation, employee payroll management, employee benefit scheme management, reporting to affiliates and government. Banking and procedure implementation, Policy writing. Awareness across business areas leads to support missions and community objectives.
