I have worked within doncasters group for 8 years gathering knowledge and experience within the various roles I have progresed into. These roles include, laboratory technician dealing with internal and external quality checks from stress and ruputure to ash content and inputting and filing relevent documentation.waxshop technician with process control, process checks, control of documentation,sheduled adherence,defect reduction,operator feed back with trainning plans. Process improvement facilatator to include cost reduction,consumable consumption per department,HSE representative,internal audit team,IOSHH,supplier change and scrap management.Tinsoldier inspection which is working to customer specification visually inspecting components prior to customer view or dispatch straight to customer.And my current position of production team leader of our finishing department.
