Lift Effect is me, Clare Goodman. I work with leaders at all levels to build positive, adaptive cultures in complex environments. I design and deliver leadership programs aligned with your strategy. I work as a coach to help individuals and teams to commit and embed change. While process and structure have been used to align people to create predictable outcomes, now, more than ever, leaders are facing the challenge of building businesses that are both robust and adaptive. It is about sense making and sense giving through the conversations, recognising and influencing individual and team dynamics and understanding how your thoughts, habits and fears may constrain or enable performance. Through an interest in understanding people within an organisational context, world-first academic research into neuro-leadership, and demonstrable success in improving leadership outcomes, I help leaders shift to confront their new challenges, lifting confidence, understanding and results.
