• Managed the Transition of over 60 countries into the newly established shared service centre in Bracknell• Travelled throughout Europe to engage with the local operation management teams and local Finance teams• Recruited, trained and developed 54 Invoicing specialists with various cultural backgrounds to support the various language skills required my team made up almost half of the whole SSC headcount in Bracknell• Stakeholder engagement with Area Financial Controllers, Directors of business operations, FPNA Management team, Shared Service Managers in Asia and US. Local SSC Management team P2P, R2R, HR, IT Credit and Collections.• Wrote and Standardised processes and policies for over a 100 different tasks• Implemented task form initiative to handle the 10,000 transnational tasks we have to perform• Agree with stakeholders SLA’s and KPI ‘s to drive performance• Implemented 4 major projects to drive efficiency and reduce costs, Digital Invoicing, Automated Invoicing distribution, CICMQ, Automated payment link for customers to pay• Drove year end collaboration project “Going for Gold” through the SSC to improve cash collection, invoicing and P2P payments and expenses in 2015• Created the content, presented and delivered a team Leader programme with the head of the SSC for the 12 new team leaders throughout 2014 • Responsible for the creation of over 20,000 invoices monthly• Drove efficiency across the team to reduce headcount from 54 to 46 and also took on additional work in this time which required 3 heads so the full savings where even higher• Implemented a study group to work towards the CIMA GBS accreditation• Perform regular 1-2-1’s, team meetings and perform the annual appraisal process• Attended various Shared Service conferences throughout Europe to benchmark and work towards a Centre of Excellence to support our Management team vision• Designed and implemented a skills matrix to effectively train cross region and cross stream processes
