Initially I trained as a Division 1 registered nurse, however I have primarily worked in owner/operator and management roles.I founded Homecare Plus in 2003, providing homecare services to the frail, aged and people with disabilities throughout the ballarat Region until selling my business to Australian Unity in 2016.I then had a short career in hospitality, opening a cafe in Ballarat called 'Arch View' in 2017. I built Arch View up to a successful business over two years prior to selling. After selling my cafe I went back to the aged care sector, managing a retirement village for Royal Freemasons in Ballarat.In 2022 I commenced in the role as the Community Manager for Ingenia Lifestyle Parkside in Lucas. Parkside will comprise of 250 homes, in beautiful landscaped gardens with facilities that will be second to none, including an indoor swimming pool, cinema and bowling green.
